In this keynote presentation, Dr. Tammy Lenski, conflict coach, mediator, business owner will invite you to jump-start the important dialogues in your own life by breaking deeply ingrained habits of mind that undermine dialogue, integrating new habits that shift the way your most important exchanges unfold, and embracing the spirit of non-violent communication to help create the change you want to see in the world.
