It's time to raise some money
our accounts are getting low,
so we thought we'd have a house party
but worried you wouldn't go...

The kids are getting out of  school
there's so much stuff to do
with meetings, concerts, sports each night
It's way too much we knew...

And so we're asking really nicely,
we need to raise some dough
we've helped so many  people
that have nowhere else to go.
19 requests in April
28 requests in May
over 12,000 in dollars given
we're really proud to say!

It's the most we've ever given
almost one request per day!
For things like heat and rent and car repairs
that people just can't pay.

For now, we'll give you all a pass
it's way too hard to gather the mass.
Enjoy your summer, spend time with friends
and remember that our work together never ends!
